Verified hangs need the full profile. Same hang, form for that type, and a 1.25 in steel bar. A close-up is preferred. An obvious steel bar with no pads can be verified from the clip.
If unchecked, your video will not be shown on the site. It will still be in your athlete portal. Your time still ranks.
Optional. We may post your hang on WDHC Instagram, TikTok, or Shorts.

Quick rules

  • One continuous video. Full body in frame. Feet free of the floor
  • Timer is optional. Use Film Mode, or we add an official timer after approval
  • No straps, gloves, or sticky aids. Chalk is encouraged
  • Verified: 1.25 in steel bar. Close-up is required, and may need a bar measurement if the reviewer cannot determine size from bar make/model. Hang must match the type

Unverified can take a quick regrip on a standard hang. Verified standard cannot. That hang is verified alternating, or unverified standard. Close-up is required. Bar measurement may be needed if the reviewer cannot determine size from bar make/model. Full details in the rulebook.
