How it works & prizes
- Every month: longest hang of the month (best single approved hang wins).
- Second challenge rotates: most hangs, most PRs, one-arm, alternating, active, or heaviest weight. September 2026 is heaviest added load, chasing the Guinness mark of 200.2 kg / 441.4 lb (Marcello Ferri).
- One video: submit through the normal hang form. Approved hangs count for the monthly challenges that match that video. No separate challenge entry.
- Prizes: champion and runner-up each get a digital certificate in the Athlete Portal, a badge, and a place on the monthly archive. No cash prize for standard monthly challenges unless we announce one. Full terms: prize rules.
