2026 is the opening year: the public board and monthly challenges are live. There is no championship title season in 2026. Inaugural world titles begin 2027 (Amateur Open and Pro).
About
From the Marine Corps to 100-mile ultra-marathons, Milo has spent his life defining what it means to endure.
When an unexpected injury paused his running career, he turned the same endurance toward something simpler but no less demanding. His recovery led him to the intense, overlooked discipline of dead hangs.
Shocked to find no competitive arena, Milo created his own. Now, as the founder of the first-ever dead hang competition, he is turning his personal rehabilitation into a global fitness movement.

World Dead Hang Championship (WDHC) is building a competitive sport around the dead hang and its variations: standardized events, athletes, records, rankings, competitions, and championships. Athletes film a continuous hang, submit proof, and land on a global open leaderboard. A timer in the video is optional (phone, wall clock, or WDHC Film Mode). If they skip it, WDHC adds an official timer after approval. Verified hangs unlock Pro class and future titles. The board opened in 2026; inaugural world titles begin in 2027.
