How this record is judged
Longest verified hold wins. Every entry is a verified WDHC hang reviewed on video. Only adult (18+) athletes are listed here.
Two hands on a bar, exactly four fingers per hand (index through pinky), thumbs off. Arms straight. Body held about horizontal, face up, from shoulders through the hips. The hold ends when the hips drop, a foot touches, a finger leaves the bar, or a hand leaves. Added load, if any, is plates or a vest only. Board ranks by time. WDHC counts fingers per hand.
