Hang types and specialty tiers

Standard two-arm dead hang is the flagship. Many other hang types are accepted and each has its own Contender-to-Freak ladder. Grip Age still comes only from a standard two-arm hang. Open-board times: 1:00 Contender, 2:00 Expert, 3:00 Elite, 4:00 Legend, 5:00 Freak.

Weighted time hangs are not “hit a time or hit a load.” You pick the added load you hung with. That load sets how long you need for each tier. 20 lb and 35 lb are real values. They sit between the printed weights.

Times below are the minimum hold for that badge. Below Contender is Challenger.

Weighted time boards

Read across a load row. That is how long you must hold at that added weight. Any other load interpolates between the two nearest rows. Example: 35 lb one-arm weighted sits between 25 lb and 45 lb.

Most weight in 30 seconds

Hold at least 30 seconds. Extra time does not beat more weight. Tier is the added load you held for those 30 seconds.
