Get on the bar

Pick a delay, tap Start hang, get on the bar. Phone flashes when the clock starts. Hang type is on Submit.

Enable camera

Film Mode uses your camera so the official timer is stamped on the clip.
Nothing uploads until you tap Continue.
Allow camera access, then hang.

Full body in frame. Use a 10 / 15 / 20s delay to get on the bar. The flash means the official clock started.
